Revised Draft Oakland Vegetation Management Plan and Notice of Preparation of a Draft EIR and Released
The City of Oakland has released the Revised Draft Oakland Vegetation Management Plan at the following link.
The City of Oakland has also released the Notice of Preparation (NOP) of a Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Oakland Vegetation Management Plan. The NOP is available for public review at the following link. The Revised Draft Oakland Vegetation Management Plan will serve as a basis of the EIR’s project description.
Comments on the scope of the EIR can be submitted during a 30-day comment period between November 1 and December 2, 2019.

Public Meeting:
In addition, the City of Oakland Planning Commission will conduct a public scoping meeting on the EIR for the Oakland Vegetation Management Plan on November 20, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Oakland City Hall, 1 Frank H. Ogawa Plaza, Oakland, CA. Written and oral comments regarding the scope of the EIR may be provided at this meeting.
